Dusty and Amy Allison are Traveling Leave No Trace Trainers, and they made a stop on the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, campus on Oct. 17. They were here to advertise the Leave No Trace outdoor ethic principles that are on the lnt.org website.
They travel yearly around the United States teaching classes or seminars concerning the Leave No Trace principles and ethical use of our country's natural resources, for backpacking and other outdoor activities.
Dusty is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Ashville, and Amy is a graduate of Brevard College in North Carolina. Their photo was taken by UT Photographer Nick Myers, who is the Leave No Trace Tennessee State Advocate, as well as a master educator for Leave No Trace program.
