Debbie Ingram, of Ooltewah, Tenn., is the president of the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association. She got her doctorate in higher education at UT Knoxville in 1994 (her bachelor's degree is from the Georgia State University and her master's degree is from UT Chattanooga). She is now director of clinical education and a professor of physical therapy at the UT Chattanooga.
"I will be traveling all across the country representing the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association at alumni events," Ingram wrote. "I will be helping to host the Big Orange Tailgate Tours at away games. I think this is a great way to promote your love of UT!"
"In the fall of 2007, Smokey made his first visit to Ooltewah to help recruit the best and brightest Tennessee high school students! Volunteer alumni across the state are hosting events in their homes for local students considering the Chancellor’s Honors Program at UT Knoxville. I'm wearing the shirt and next to me is UTNAA Board of Governors member Kim Coffey."
