Where in the World is Smokey?

Visiting City Hall in Arad, Romania

Olivia Halic is a doctoral student in applied educational psychology at UT Knoxville.

"I took Smokey to Arad, Romania, where I visited my parents over the winter break. You can see in the background of the picture the City Hall building. Arad is a medium size town in the western part of Romania, dating from the 12th century. It was the second town in Romania to rise against communism during the 1989 Romanian Revolution."

Arad is even more interesting in summer on the strand when all the gorgeous girls that live there are half naked...or the parties in the clubs..this brings back nice memories...
