Jennifer Smart graduated from UT Knoxville with a bachelor's degree in speech pathology in 2002. She now lives in Maryland and is an assistant professor at Towson University in the Department of Audiology, Speech Language Pathology and Deaf Studies. "My husband and I had the opportunity to live in New Zealand while I completed my post-doctoral research fellowship at The University of Auckland," she wrote.
Her first photo was taken in Sydney, Australia, in summer of 2008 (Australia's winter). "While on holiday, my husband Matt took this photo of me in front of the famous Sydney Opera House," she wrote.
The second photo is from Hong Kong, China. "I was actually in Hong Kong to present my research at a conference in June but managed to find some time to get out and see the city."
