Where in the World is Smokey?

Attending the Special Libraries Association Conference in Seattle


Students Melanie Taylor, Allison Scrippa, Gary Robinson, Erin Dominick and David Sims from the School of Information Sciences within the College of Communication and Information at UT Knoxville attended the Annual Conference of the Special Libraries Association held in June 2008 in Seattle, Wash.

They were joined by staff from the Center for Information and Communication Studies, Carol Tenopir and Bobbie Suttles; former UT School of Information Sciences Director and current Director, School of Information and Library Science, UNC-Chapel Hill, Jose’-Marie Griffiths; Fred Rascoe from the UT Space Institute in Tullahoma; and Randy Hoffman and School of Information Sciences Board of Advisors member, Bonnie Carroll of Information International Associates in Oak Ridge, TN.
