Where in the World is Smokey?

Zipping Over Victoria Falls in Africa

Jennifer Boyles is the manager of the business office at the University of Tennessee Space Institute. Jennifer has been with the Space Institute for 21 years.

"I took a 17-day trip to Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa in January-February 2008. The photo was taken at Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. I did the zip-line over the gorge at Victoria Falls Bridge traveling 150 meters (500 feet) across from Zimbabwe to Zambia. I also visited the Chobe National Park in Botswana and saw hippos, rhinos, elephants, cheetahs, lions and zebras. Next stop was Cape Town, South Africa, and Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was held captive for 17 years. We also rode the cable car up to Table Mountain. The final stop was in Kruger National Park where I saw more beautiful wildlife."
