Where in the World is Smokey?

Clearing Land in Honduras

Hayden Williams, of Franklin, Tenn., is a junior in animal science with a business minor.

"I am with a group of my friends from The Cross, a Greek ministry organization on campus, in Siguatepeque, Honduras. We went over Spring Break 2008 to help work for Union Biblica de Honduras which helps kids in the local community develop leadership skills. Our project was to clear land for a soccer field. Team building is very important for these kids as they do not have a very strong father figure in their lives; most of their fathers are in the U.S. working to send money home."
